Celebrating Our 25th Anniversary: At the beginning, the journey was unknown and full of promise. Today, we still feel that exhilarating rush of design adventures ahead. We remain grateful for you. We love the work, and we love creating it with you.
Honored to have received the 2021 Stanford White Award for Residential Architecture- Renovations & Additions. Thank you ICAA New York.
Thank you Peter Lyden for asking me to take part in the ICAA’s video series “In Your Neighborhood.” It was a pleasure to take others on a virtual tour of the Luykas Van Alen House located in my upstate neighborhood of Kinderhook. This house is one of the few remaining examples of Dutch colonial life. Lori Yarotsky of the Columbia County Historical Society was pivotal in getting us special access for this tour. Thank you, Lori! I am thrilled that I could join in the fun and share some interesting architecture in my neighborhood! View Video >
Thank you PLINTH for asking me to give a virtual tour of our barn! A personal dream of mine was to recreate our farm’s bank barn that had long since returned to nature, and from the remnants of that foundation resurrect an antique barn frame in that precise location. We rescued and relocated a 1780 bank barn from New Jersey to our farm in upstate New York. It was used as the historic framework for our family barn that now houses the tractor and the gator, hosts Thanksgiving, and not ever dreamed of – serves as a place for sons to work during the Pandemic!
